GPS with a cellular link suits anything that moves on roads. LoRaWAN tags suit yards, ports and construction sites where many assets sit within range of a gateway. BLE beacons suit indoor spaces. Many deployments combine them, and hybrid devices can switch between networks.
Radio devices used in the UAE generally need type approval from the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority. We check approval status early and select devices accordingly.
